I have been writing global health, science, technology, business and travel articles for 20 years. I’ve written features, news and news analysis pieces for the national, medical, scientific and international press. As well as journalism, I write fiction and creative non-fiction pieces, and am completing an MA in creative writing at Birkbeck, University of London. I’m currently writing a novel based on the lives of my great uncles a century ago.

Past publications:  WHO Bulletin, the Lancet, BMJ, BBC News, Guardian.co.uk, Nature, The London Evening Standard, Financial Times, the Telegraph, Rough guide, SciDev.net and the International Travel Insurance Journal.

Contract Publishing: I have also placed articles within publications produced by the Department for International Development (DFID), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations.

I am available for freelance commissions.
